The Company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate information or non-compliance.

Pricing and Payment

Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or business interruption.

Insurance

Insurance coverage is available upon request.
If insurance is not purchased, shipments are transported at the Customer’s risk subject to the liability limitations stated herein.

Claims and Disputes

All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within [5] days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Failure to submit claims within this period may result in waiver of the claim.

Termination of Services
